The ladies at SRD have been sourcing like crazy this past week and I just had to share this handsome pair of dressers from Patina antiques. I don't need them for any of my projects but I wish I did - someone needs to buy asap.

I found myself solo this evening so I thought I would take this opportunity to tour my hood -Roncesvalles. Nothing was actually open (730pm Monday) but I was still able to take it all in. I found Ronces to be somewhat aggressive and I felt uneasy at times which, seriously upset me. Ahh well, all the more reason to get Rick Ross next Spring. The hood is charming but pretty typical - a boatload of coffee shops, a dusty used book store, an independent cinema and a Gabby's - who doesn't love a Gabby's patio filled with obnoxious drunk men?

The new Voluspa Maison Blanc collection is gorgeous. What I love about Voluspa is that it is insanely well priced and brilliantly packaged. I've been giving them as gifts for years. The entire collection can be purchased at Ginger's bath centre.

Trapp - Water #20 candle smells gorgeous, I picked two up at L'Atelier. The packaging is less impressive but it really is lovely.

I decided to choose food over booze this weekend and really indulge in what this city has to offer. T pointed out that it was a major faux-pas to blog about food without photos but I didn't think about it at the time because I rarely like food enough to blog about it. What about a photo of what I'm drinking right now? Anyways, I highly recommend all these joints so click, click, click & go, go, go.

Saturday - Brunch at Mitzi's on College, dinner at Atlantic (seafood tapas style - insane & reasonably priced) & desert at Parts & Labour (homemade Reese peanut butter cups & roasted marshmallows - redic)

Sunday - Brunch at Blondies (served 11am-3pm Sundays only) fantastic portions & insanely delicious.

I'm sitting here with my happy little tummy hoping to burn some calories cleaning the house. Happy Sunday loves.
